These are the full Terms and Conditions for the customer's use of this website and for the purchasing of products through this website. Please read these carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this website.


This website is operated by SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD. SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD is registered company under the company number: 09893898. Users of this website are bound by these Terms and Conditions and should read this document before proceeding. By using this website, the customer is acknowledging their consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD, under sole discretion, holds the right to change these Terms and Conditions, at any time, without notice. Any changes will be posted within this document.

All prices on this website are in £ sterling and feature V.A.T where appropriate.

Ownership of goods does not pass into the hands of the customer until SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD has received full payment.

Delivery and Shipping:

Product prices on this website are exclusive of delivery and shipping charges, with exception of total price featured in the customers shopping cart, which is inclusive of these charges. Shipping rates are calculated by size and weight of item(s) being shipped.
All deliveries will be shipped to the postal address provided by the customer.

The customer should be aware that, when shipping goods internationally, they are subject to opening and inspection by relevant Custom authorities.

Shipments to other countries outside of the European Union may experience additional delays when passing through the Customs Office in the Customer's Designated Country. The Customs procedures, timeframes and possible Costs incurred are completely dependant on the Customer's Local Laws and Regulations. All Customs charges upon arrival at the Designated Country are the responsibility of the Customer/Buyer.

We aim to dispatch goods to customers within 1-3 working days of the order being placed. If in stock and not of pre order. It should be noted that during busy periods this time period could be extended.

Items that are on Pre-Order will be charged when the order is placed. The customer will receive a shipping email once the item has been dispatched.

Please also note that due to circumstances out of our control, pre ordered items can be delayed by the manufacturer for any reason. In the case that this does happen, SONNERCOLLECTIBLES will inform anyone who is affected by the delay.

Postage to addresses outside of the UK may increase shipping and delivery charges.

The Customer should note that a lot of stock is ordered from our suppliers once the order has been placed by the Customer. Once SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD has ordered and received the goods, they will then be sent to the customer as soon as possible.

SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD holds to right to refuse or cancel orders without notice.

Right to Cancel:

The customer, may cancel their order, if faulty or sent in error and at any time, up to fourteen working days after the customer has received their goods. In the event that the customer wishes to cancel their order, they must inform SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD in writing. This can be done by sending an email to: sonnercollectibles@gmail.com

Should a customer wish to invoke their rights to cancel, the product must be returned to SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD in its original packaging and in a resealable condition with all seals and wrapping.

In this instance, the customer undertakes the responsibility to return that product to SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD who will refund the item but will not refund any postal charges paid by the customer as part of their initial order.

The customer must return the item to SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD within 14 working days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

The customer should also be aware that when an item is paid and pre ordered by them, it is treated as a commitment from the buyer! We will not accept cancellations or requests for refunds on any items pre ordered unless the situation is out of the buyer's control.

Defective Goods:

In the event that an item is defective, faulty or sent in error by SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD, the customer should contact SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD to arrange the return of the item. Please fill out our form on the Contact Us page, or alternatively, contact us at: sonnercollectibles@gmail.com
The customer should use and include all original packaging to return their item(s).

SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD will offer a replacement for the same product/s that were faulty or damaged. In the event we cannot offer a replacement we will refund the cost if the item/s and postage where applicable.

The customer must return the item/s to SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD within 30 days of receipt for faulty, damaged or defective goods to qualify for a refund.

NOTE: We do not provide refunds or replacements for goods damaged by the customer or various Quality Control issues that are usually associated with products such as collectibles, under any exceptions!

Payment Plans:

Sonner is using Partial.ly to offer payment plans to their customers.

If you fail to make a payment SONNERCOLLECTIBLES LTD holds the right to cancel your order! 

Please note the first payment will be a non returnable deposit!
